Sony® CS Speaker 5.1" Black Bookshelf Speaker

This speaker system includes two 5.12 in woofers for deep, stable bass. Utilizing a reinforced cellular cone diaphragm, it delivers powerful bass along with the finer detail needed for clear vocals and dialog in the mid-range.

The 0.98 in soft dome main tweeter features polyester fiber for a more faithful, authentic sound. Precise acoustic tuning with advanced sound-absorbing felt eliminates rear sound pressure from the tweeters to ensure natural-sounding vocals.

The 0.75 in wide dispersion super tweeters with wide directionality reproduce high frequency notes across an expansive soundstage.

Premium componentry delivers premium sound that’s why these speakers use only high-quality materials. Air-core conductors in the tweeters, a silicon steel plate in the woofers, the thickest possible winding materials, and high-grade film capacitors all contribute to exceptional performance.

These speakers include tweeters with enhanced sound pressure, made possible through a range of weight-reduction techniques, including a more powerful magnetic circuit and a lighter CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coil.
